Residential HVAC Maintenance Contract
Our contract for RESIDENTIAL HVAC PLANNED MAINTENANCE is a contract that covers two (2) regularly scheduled maintenance visits each year. During these visits, a technician will thoroughly inspect your equipment, clean and test the components for proper operation.
$12 per system billed monthly, or $154 per system billed annually*
As a member of the TVA Energy Right program, our maintenance qualifies for a $50/year per-system rebate check from TVA.
Standard 12 Point Maintenance Checklist (System Report issued at visit)

Replace filters on equipment (customer responsible for providing filters)

Inspect evaporator coils (deep cleaning if necessary, at additional cost)

Inspect condenser coils (deep cleaning if necessary, at additional cost)

Check AC refrigerant charge

Check Delta T levels (Temperature Difference)

Inspect heating system components (burners, sensors, belts, blowers, etc.)

Inspect indoor safety switch operations

Check condensate pumps
-
Clear drain lines (P-Traps, PVC, etc.) and pans

Check electrical connections

Check operation of thermostats and other controls

Take pictures of HVAC systems, data plates, supply/return temperatures (report any issues found at time of service
